Centra Leases run for exactly one year.

When We Show Apartments

We show apartments by appointment only:
Monday - Friday from 10:00am to 5:00pm
Approval: Saturday from 11:00am to 3:00pm

Pets

Only Dogs under 30lbs are allowed.
Cats de-clawed and neutered are allowed
$100 additional security
$10 additional rent per month

Money

There is no fee for viewing apartments. If you are interested in acquiring and apartment there is a $50 application fee (for the credit check) and one month security deposit. When you are approved Last months and first months rent will be due in addition to the application fee and security deposit.

To be Approved

In order to be approved for an apartment you must provide:

A picture ID
Pay stub and tax return
Signed application
If a co-signer is required, they will need to provide the same info.

Air conditioners provided
Garbage Disposals
Dishwashers
Modern kitchens and baths
Hardwood floors
Newly renovated laundry facilities in basement
Walk ups
All locations are close to parking
